The daily rates are fluctuating, they vary according to the day and availability of accommodation at the Hotel.

General Policy:

Check-in at 14:00 and Check-out at 12:00;Children up to 05 years old Free policy per Apartment;Luxury Apartment (Loft style, with 2 floors and sofa bed at the bottom);Rates subject to change without prior notice;Available promotions cannot be combined with others offered on the web; Cancellation period: 72 hours before Check-in – High Season / 48 hours before Check-in Low Season / New Year's Eve - 30 days and Carnival - 60 days; and high season will be charged the amount of 01 daily and in package periods, the charge will be full, in the package value; The extras available for sale will be subject to availability.
